Kajol & Twinkle Khanna Address Shah Rukh Khan’s Absence from Two Much with Wit and Humour
Bollywood icons Kajol and Twinkle Khanna are gearing up for the launch of their talk show Two Much, but one question has been on everyone’s mind — where is Shah Rukh Khan? The trailer, unveiled on Monday, teased appearances by several of the industry’s biggest stars, including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, and Varun Dhawan, yet SRK was notably missing.
During a media interaction, the hosts responded to the curiosity with their signature humour. Twinkle Khanna explained that while Khan did not feature as a guest, a cardboard cut-out of him makes a cameo in the bloopers section. “We couldn’t get his dates, so we decided to add his cut-out. That way, at least he’s there in some way,” she quipped.
Taking the joke a step further, Twinkle narrated a comical anecdote: “I’ll be honest. Shah Rukh came. We asked him questions, but he didn’t answer. After a while, he wanted to go to the bathroom. They took him away, and we realised we couldn’t get his dates. So the team got a cut-out, which you’ll see in our bloopers.”
Kajol, too, joined in the fun, reinforcing the light-hearted tone that defines the show. Produced by Banijay Asia, Two Much is designed as a candid, unscripted series where Bollywood stars engage in witty banter, playful jibes, and unscripted moments with the two hosts.
