Khan Sir Gets Big Relief As Patna Court Pauses Arrest

Court Grants Interim Protection In Firing Case

Popular educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, better known as Khan Sir, received major relief from a Patna court on Tuesday after it temporarily stopped his arrest in connection with a coaching centre firing case. The court granted him interim protection while hearing his anticipatory bail plea, allowing him to avoid immediate arrest as the investigation continues.

The development comes days after Khan Sir was named in an FIR related to a firing and vandalism incident outside his coaching institute, Khan Global Studies, in Patna.

How The Controversy Began

The case is linked to a violent incident that took place on June 2 outside Khan Global Studies in the Musallahpur area of Patna. According to reports, a clash broke out near the coaching institute, during which stone-pelting and vandalism were reported. Videos of the incident later surfaced on social media, showing armed security guards allegedly firing shots during the chaos.

The incident quickly attracted public attention and led to a police investigation.

Initially, Khan Sir claimed that his institute had come under attack and suggested that coaching rivalry may have played a role in the violence. He alleged that rival groups were trying to target his institute because of its popularity among students.

FIR Against Khan Sir

The case took a dramatic turn when police questioned two security guards employed at the coaching centre. According to investigators, the guards allegedly claimed that they had opened fire on Khan Sir’s instructions during the disturbance. Based on their statements and other evidence, police registered an FIR against Faisal Khan under provisions related to attempted murder and the Arms Act.

The two guards were arrested, their weapons were seized, and forensic examinations were ordered as part of the investigation.

Police officials said the inquiry was continuing and that Khan Sir would also be questioned regarding his alleged role in the incident.

Legal Battle Intensifies

Following the FIR, Khan Sir moved court seeking protection from arrest. His legal team argued that the case was based on allegations that had not yet been proven and maintained that he was being unfairly targeted. His lawyer claimed that the FIR was part of an attempt to damage his reputation.

The anticipatory bail plea was heard in a Patna court, which decided to grant interim protection and put a temporary halt on any coercive action against him. The court’s order means Khan Sir cannot be arrested immediately while the legal proceedings continue.

This decision has come as a major relief for the educator and his supporters, who had been closely following the case.

Students React To The Court’s Decision

Khan Sir enjoys a massive following among students across India due to his affordable coaching programs and educational content. News of the court’s decision quickly spread among his supporters, many of whom welcomed the temporary relief granted to him.

Several students expressed hope that the investigation would reveal the full truth behind the incident. At the same time, others stressed that the legal process should be allowed to continue without interference.

Investigation Still Underway

While the court has paused his arrest for now, the case is far from over. Police are continuing to examine CCTV footage, witness statements, forensic evidence, and the claims made by the security guards.

Investigators are expected to determine whether Khan Sir had any direct involvement in the firing incident or whether the allegations against him can be substantiated through evidence.

The court’s order does not end the case; it only provides temporary protection while legal proceedings move forward.

What Happens Next?

The next phase of the case will depend on the ongoing police investigation and future court hearings. Khan Sir remains under legal scrutiny, but for now, he has avoided arrest and gained valuable time to present his defence.

As the investigation continues, both supporters and critics will be watching closely to see how one of Bihar’s most well-known educators responds to the allegations and what evidence eventually emerges in court.
